This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by Mairam Vosylienė, who is also known as Guru Mai Ram, (“Guru Mai Ram”, “we”, or “us”) for the purpose of receiving donations from donors via the website www.mairamdivinegift.com (“Website”).

 

1. What Personal Data Does Guru Mai Ram Collect?

 

1.1. Personal data refers to any information that identifies a person or pertains to someone who can be identified.

1.3. All information is received only from you and payment service providers that you use to donate funds to Guru Mai Ram.

 

1.4. Guru Mai Ram does not make any automated decisions.

 

1.5. Guru Mai Ram does not collect data on children (i.e. anyone under the age of 18) because donors must be 18+ years old.

2. For What Purpose Does Guru Mai Ram Process Your Personal Data?

 

2.1. The primary purpose is to receive donations from donors and fulfil the requirements of the applicable law (e.g., to declare and pay taxes). Legal grounds entitling Guru May Ram to process your personal data are the following:

 

2.1.1. To conclude a donation agreement and execute it. For this purpose, we may process personal data of the following Data Categories: Personal Identification Information; Transaction Information; Contact Information. The legal ground allowing to process such information is set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

 

2.1.2. Communicate with you concerning a donation you made. For this purpose, we may process personal data of the following Data Categories: Personal Identification Information; Transaction Information; Information from Communication; Contact Information. The legal ground allowing to process such information is set out in Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

 

2.1.3. Cookies. For this purpose, we may process personal data of the following Data Categories: Information from Cookies. The legal ground allowing to process such information is set out in Article 6(1)(a)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation;

 

2.1.4. To comply with legal obligations. For this purpose, we may process personal data of the following Data Categories: Personal Identification Information; Transaction Information; Information from Communication; Contact Information. The legal ground allowing to process such information is set out in Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

4.1.2. Authorities: We are obliged to declare and pay taxes on received donations. For this purpose, we share your personal data with the State Tax Inspectorate.  

 

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

 

5.1. We will keep your information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements.

 

5.2. To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, e.g.:

 

5.2.1. We process the data collected in connection with a donation agreement made between you and us during the term of the agreement and 10 years after the termination of the agreement;

 

5.2.2. Data collected communicating between us and you is retained for 4 weeks unless this data is required by the applicable laws to retain longer;

 

5.2.3. Data collected using cookies are retained according to the provisions of this policy (see Section 3).

 

5.3. We will also routinely refresh our information to ensure we keep it up-to-date. When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will delete or anonymise it.

 

6. Where Do We Store Your Personal Data?

 

6.1. We store your personal data in the territory of the European Union ("EU”).

 

7. What Rights Do You Have?

9.1. The Website and other communications may, from time to time, contain links to third party websites.
